Guilty Pleasure

I am obsessed with Iron Chef America! GUILTY i am ohh soooohhhooooo guilty. The main element of the show that keeps me coming back for more is the oh so dramatic chairman. Here's a lil taste of the antics he pulls on the show:



Whenever he introduces the secret ingredient he acts like a goon, BUT I LOVE IT.

Anywhoooooooooo, its a really fantaztick show, and the new episodes are on Sunday nights at 10 on channel 40...

Makes me Wonder...

Lately I have been wondering what i REALLY want to be when i grow up. I have decided to go into nursing, but pursuing a culinary career is always in the back of my mind....I have just always loved cooking, trying new things, making up recepies, and being innovative. Cooking to me is kinda like art. So, next step is im going to contact Giada, Barefoot, and Emeril for further advice. I love finding things that make me inspired to continue in the culinary world.

If i were to ever open a restaurant it would be this:
